Hyundai Robotics said on March 25 that its collaborative robot "YL012" won the Best Design Award in the German Red Dot Design Awards. The picture shows the modern robot YL012
This award is the highest award awarded only to the top 1% of the 5,500 entries on Reddot this year.
The award for this award is significant because it demonstrates the safety and efficiency of Hyundai Robotics cooperative robots through design. Hyundai Robotics will continue to strengthen its competitiveness in the cooperative robots market, which is expected to grow rapidly in the future with safer and more human-friendly product design.
On the other hand, Hyundai Robotics is a company specialized in industrial robots separated from Hyundai Heavy Industries in 2017, and has been producing 40 types of robots, such as spot welding robots and LCD robots, using its own design technology.
