WIN TIG AC-DC 180 M (art. 558) is a single-phase power source with inverter technology for TIG and MMA welding, (with the exception of AWS6010 cellulosic electrodes) mainly designed for maintenance and repair works, as well as small production.

Fitted with a new LCD color display and with a clear and simple operative menu for an easy and quick adjustement of functions and and parameters, is supplied with the following new TIG welding processes / functions:

- Extra Pulse welding process - welding process with concentrated arc optimized for welding and spot welding

- APC TIG welding process (Active Power Control) which allows to obtain colder welding beads

- AC+DC TIG welding process suitable for the welding of aluminum and its alloys; with the DC component in the process we obtain more penetrated welds and higher welding speeds with less deformation of the workpiece

- XP TIG welding process (extra power) suitable for welding thin and corner sheets

- AC MMA welding process suitable for welding of electrodes on magnetized sheets. It is normally used for maintenance work and in all cases where a high penetration welding is not required

- “EVO lift” arc ignition - through this function, a welding point is exactly realized where desired

- “EVO ST” arc ignition - this function speeds up the shaping of the bath both in spot welding and upon the start of the welding process

- Spot and intermittence function

- WIZ (Wizard) function for set-up - for a quick setting of the power source

- Gas test function

- Pulsed arc with continuous adjustment from 0.16 Hz to 2.5 KHz

Can work with a variety of remote control devices, foot control (art. 193), remote control (art. 187+1192) or up-down control on torch (art. 1262).

The protection gases to be used are argon, argon/helium, argon/hydrogen. Can be saved up to 9 welding programs (JOB).

The compliance with EN 61000-3-12 standards assures a substantial energy saving as well as a wide tolerance on the supply voltage (+15%/-20%).

The power source can also be powered by motor generators of adequate power (min. 8 kVA).

TIG SOUND AC-DC 2240/M
is a single-phase direct and alternating current inverter power source for use in TIG and MMA-SMAW modes (except for cellulosic electrodes). The engineering and manufacturing technology of the machine have produced an excellent duty cycle (220A at 40%, 180A at 60% and 160A at 100%) and a minimum welding current of just 5 Amps.
The machine can operate with pulsed arc for working even on thin sheets, where the heat transferred must be kept to a minimum, and may also be connected to an optional cooling unit (art. 1341) for water-cooled torches. There is also an optional (art. 1656) trolley available for moving the power source and cooling unit.
In TIG mode, the arc is started either in high voltage/high frequency or by contact with the Cebora lift system; the machine is also set up for remote control using the foot control (art. 193), remote control (art. 187), or up-down command on the torch.
Its tunnel design allows exceptional cooling efficiency, keeping those components that suffer in dusty environments, such as electronic circuits, out of the cooling flow.
The adjustable "Hot Start" function enables optimisation of arc ignition in AC.

The PFC system brings substantial energy savings (the machine is suitable also for 16A power supply) and a wide supply voltage tolerance (+15% / -20%).
The machine is equipped with a memory for storage of welding programmes and an RS232 port for connection to a computer, enabling easy software updates.

The power source can also be powered by motor-driven generators of adequate power (min. 8 KVA).
Complies with EN61000-3-12.

WIN TIG AC-DC 340 T is a three-phase power source with inverter technology for TIG (pulsed) and electrode (MMA) AC DC welding, with built-in HF ignition. Comes with cooling unit and trolley for transportation of the power source. Can be connected to the wireless auto darkening filter (art. 434-optional) for protection mask.

Minimum DC current equal to 3A which allows optimal tasks on profile edges in the stainless steel micro-alloyed dies, whereas the 5A in AC allow the addition on very thin pieces of aluminum (for instance edges on turbine blades).

Available all the features that has always characterised the Cebora TIG welding power sources, in particular the high quality of arc ignition (already known as LIFT, HF, EVO START, EVO LIFT ).

All settings are easily adjustable thanks to the large 7 “ LCD touch-screen display (can also be used with welder’s gloves), simple and intuitive graphics and a durable encoder.

AC frequency from 50 to 200 Hz.

In AC TIG mode, independent adjustment of amplitudes and of times in the waveform penetration and cleaning. MIX function available to improve welding on cold pieces.

Fast spot-on with minimum heat input thanks to the specific program that allows accurate adjustment (10ms step) of the welding time parameter and intermittence time.

Pulsed DC TIG mode and PulsXP with pulse frequency up to 15 KHz which allows to get an extremely focused arc and a high feed rate (high productivity).

NEW APC function, in DC TIG mode, allows to automatically adjust the welding current according to the arc height in order to obtain a constant melting bath in line with high welding speed and minimum piece deformation.

NEW VRD function, in MMA mode, increases safety in hazardous environments.

Easily removable power source cooling grille, in order to facilitate and reduce the maintenance time.

Variable-speed fan, increases acoustic comfort and minimizes the maintenance of the power source.

The new hardware structure of the welding machine allows the implementation of a web server that, through LAN and Wi-Fi connections, as well as 2 USB ports, provides with useful functions for remote service, diagnostics, information system, backup and data recovery, firmware updates etc... and for all those activities that require data gathering and processing.

The User interface can be controlled remotely and managed through Personal Computer, Tablet or Smartphone using a browser, thus, without the need to install further dedicated software.
