WIN TIG DC 180 M (art. 551) is a single-phase inverter power source (180A 35%), suitable for TIG and MMA/-SMAW welding, with the exception of AWS6010 cellulosic electrodes; mainly designed on purpose for maintenance and repair works, as well as small production batches.

The welding machine is characterized by a black-colored casing (Special black edition).

The welding current can be adjusted from 5 to 180A and two potentiometers allow respectively the slope down and the post-gas function adjustment.

In TIG mode, the arc is started either on high frequency or by contact through the Cebora lift-system.
It features a 2 stage/4 stage selection key.

It is set up for remote control via foot control (art. 193), standard remote control (art.187+1192) or updown control on the torch (art. 1262).

The protection gases to be used are argon, argon/helium, argon/hydrogen.

It is also possible to memorize up to 9 welding programs (JOB).

Compliance with EN 61000-3-12 ensures a significant reduction in energy consumption and a wide tolerance on supply voltage (+15%/ -20%).

The power source can be powered by adequately powered motor-generators (Min. 8 KVA).

WIN TIG DC 220 M is a single-phase inverter power source also suitable for MMA/-SMAW use, with the exception of AWS6010 cellulosic electrodes; designed on purpose for maintenance work and small production batches.
The new LCD colour display makes use easy and intuitive.
The welding machine shows, in addition to the most known welding processes, several news, such as:

- TIG APC (Active Power Control) welding process that allows to obtain colder welding beads

- High quality arc ignition “EVO ST” in order to optimize the edges junction.

- Spot and intermittence function

- Pulsed arc on low, medium, high and very high frequency for interventions on small thickness where the transferred heat must be minimal

In TIG mode, the arc is started either on high frequency or by contact through the Cebora lift-system.
The power source is set up for remote control using the foot control (art. 193), remote control (art.187+1192) or Up-Down control on the torch (art. 1262).
The protection gases to be used are argon, argon/helium, argon/hydrogen.
It is also possible to memorize up to 9 welding programs (JOB).
The compliance with EN 61000-3-12 ensures a significant reduction in energy consumption and a wide supply voltage tolerance (+ 15% / -20%).
The power source can be powered by motor-generators of adequate power (Min. 10 KVA)
